How do you operate?
This is a mobile salon service. We come to your location, fully equipped and ready to serve you. Home or hotel fully equipped for the service. We can also travel out of town to your preferred location.
How long do you need for an appointment?
We require a minumum of one day advance notice for all appointments. This will enable us schedule ourselves appropriately and give you the best service.
Do I need to pay when I make a booking?
Yes, payment is required to show commitment and affirm an appointment. You can pay either 25% deposit or 100% payment during booking.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellations are only allowed at least 18hrs prior to the appointment. The payment will be kept for future bookings with us. Only one reschedule is allowed.
No refunds will be made for cancellations in less than 12 hours appointment.
Can I select my attendant?
During booking you have an option to select your service provider, however this is limited at times when only certain attendands are available for specific service.
Are there extra charges apart from the indicated prices?
Yes, there is a separate fee for transport (depending on your location) and extra services such as gel removal, hair wash and straightening, braids, nail art and decorations which will be indicated during the booking process.
What if I am not satisfied with the treatment?
We offer you a variety of designs and colours to choose from, as well as braids. If you are unsatisfied with the colour or design, it can be changed but at an extra cost to you. If you are unsatisfied with the work, it can be re done at no extra cost ( as long as it does not involve the colour/design that you chose)
Which areas do you cover?
We cover all of Nairobi and environs. We also offer bridal services to our clients outside the city to any place within the country. The cost of travel and accommodation will be covered by the client.
We also do cross border travel at very much advance notice.
